When you place an order we store your name, phone number, delivery address, the contents of the order, and your email if you give one. Email is optional.

When you send a made-to-measure request we also store the measurements and pet details you enter in the form.

We do not collect card details. Bank transfers happen directly between you and your bank.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, to contact you if something needs clarifying, and to handle exchanges.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who else sees it

Your name, phone number and address are passed to the delivery carrier. This is necessary for the order to reach you.

The website runs on third-party hosting infrastructure. Those providers only process data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept so we can honour exchanges and meet accounting obligations. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
