Prices and orders

All prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND). Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.

An order is confirmed once we have spoken to you by phone. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any payment already made.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer via VietQR. For transfers, please keep the payment reference unchanged so the order can be matched automatically.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by a courier. Estimated delivery time depends on your area and is confirmed when we confirm the order.

Made-to-measure items need additional production time, agreed with you before work begins.
