How do I choose the right size?

Measure the chest at its widest point and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, then check the size chart on each product. If the measurements fall between two sizes, go up.

What if it doesn't fit?

You can exchange for another size within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn with its tags still attached.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes. If the measurements are unusual or you want a particular style, send them through the Custom tailoring page — we'll advise and quote within 24 hours.

How should I wash and care for it?

Hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, no bleach, and dry in the shade to keep the shape and colour.
