Returns and exchanges

Window and condition

You can request a size exchange or a return within 7 days of delivery.

The item must still have its tags attached, be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept items damaged through use.

Made-to-measure items

Made-to-measure items cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, since each is cut for one specific pet. If there is a fault in the making, or it does not match the measurements we agreed, we will alter or remake it free of charge.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover shipping both ways and will either replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

For a size exchange where nothing is wrong with the item, you cover the return shipping.

Message us with your order number and a photo of the item via Facebook, or call 0936 552 644, and we will walk you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
